Il sistema di gestione in ISO 20000

Un interessante post nel sito ITIL, Italia descrive il sistema di gestione in ISO 20000. Nello standard, l’obiettivo del sistema di gestione e’ quello di fornire le politiche (policies), procedure ed il contesto (framework) per consentire una effettiva gestione ed implementazione dei servizi IT.
